How this works

Turns viewing arrangements into managed appointments: the agent publishes slots, buyers register, and the platform handles confirmations, reminders and cancellations.

Who uses it

Negotiators · Buyers booking a viewing

Step by step

  1. 1The agent publishes open-viewing slots or opens a window for appointment requests on a property.
  2. 2A buyer picks a slot and registers with name, phone, email and buying position (cash, mortgage approved, chain).
  3. 3The platform confirms the booking, adds the buyer to that slot's attendee list and holds capacity.
  4. 4Reminders go out the day before; the agent can cancel or move a slot and everyone booked is notified automatically.
  5. 5After the viewing, attendees can be marked as attended and pushed straight into the offers module.

Data captured

  • Slot times and capacity per property
  • Attendee name, contact details, buying position, attendance outcome
  • Cancellation reason and who cancelled

Emails it sends automatically

  • Viewing registration confirmation to the buyer
  • New registration alert to the agent
  • Reminder the day before
  • Cancellation notice to all attendees if a slot is pulled

Why it matters commercially

No double bookings, no phone tag, and a printable attendee list for the door on Saturday morning.
