- Form entries stay in your browser for the length of your visit and are never sent to a server.
- No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
- No email is sent by anything you click here.
- Every name, address, price and figure shown is invented.

In a live deployment
Access is per person and enforced at the database
Clients see only records linked to their own account, and staff see only what their role allows. Restrictions are applied by the database itself, not merely hidden in the interface.
Identity documents are stored privately
Files uploaded for identity or referencing checks are held in private storage with access granted per request, and are retained only for the period the agency's policy requires.
Everything material is logged
Offers, bids, approvals, document views, signatures and status changes are written to an activity log with the actor and timestamp, so any dispute can be answered from the record.
Consent is recorded, not assumed
Marketing consent is captured at the point of enquiry with its source and date, and clients can change their notification preferences in their own area.
Data belongs to the agency
Listings, clients and documents can be exported in full. There is no lock-in on the agency's own records.
