Demonstration site. Sample properties and people. The public site is fully clickable; private areas are explained screen by screen.

About

A fictional agency, a real platform

Kestrel Property Group does not exist. Everything you can click, however, is the software we build for agencies — presented as a working agency website so you can judge it the way your clients would.

Why a demo agency

Feature lists don't sell software

Screenshots in a brochure hide the joins. So instead of a slide deck, we built a whole agency: six properties, an auction sale with three lots, rentals, staff, offers and documents.

The public side is fully working. Search, filter, open a property, choose a viewing slot, submit an offer or an enquiry — the interface behaves exactly as it would on your own site.

The private side — negotiator desks, seller and buyer areas, bidder approval, tenancy files — is shown as guided previews with invented data, alongside an explanation of what each function does, who uses it and what it saves.

Nothing here is anyone's real data. Names, addresses, prices, bids and email addresses are all invented for the demonstration.

The sample team

  • Aoife Brennan

    Director, Residential Sales

Handles the family-home end of the market and the seller reporting that keeps vendors calm.

  • Daniel Okoye

    Senior Negotiator

Runs offers and viewings, and is the person the offer-management screens were designed around.

  • Maeve Cullen

    Lettings & Tenancy Manager

Owns the rental pipeline: applications, referencing, tenancy signing and compliance dates.

  • Ruairí Nolan

    Auctioneer

Approves bidders, manages legal packs and calls the online sales.

The people above are fictional characters used to show role-based permissions: each one sees a different set of screens and can perform a different set of actions.
