How this works

Records every offer with its amount, conditions, funding evidence and status, and gives buyers and sellers their own view of the same history.

Who uses it

Negotiators · Buyers submitting offers · Sellers watching progress

Step by step

  1. 1An approved buyer submits an offer through their portal, stating amount, funding type and any conditions.
  2. 2The agent sees it instantly, can counter, accept, reject or mark it superseded — every action is logged as an event.
  3. 3Other active bidders are told the property has moved on without disclosing identities.
  4. 4The seller sees the full offer history for their own property in their portal.
  5. 5When an offer is accepted, the listing switches to sale agreed and the bidding record is archived intact.

Data captured

  • Offer amount, funding type, conditions, buyer identity and contact
  • Status changes with author and timestamp (received, countered, accepted, rejected, withdrawn)
  • Complete archived bidding history per property

Emails it sends automatically

  • Offer received confirmation to the buyer
  • New offer alert to the agent and to the seller
  • Status change notice to the buyer
  • Outbid notice to other active bidders

Why it matters commercially

Complete auditability. If a bidding process is ever questioned, there is a dated record of who offered what and when.

This screen is a faithful preview of a private area, filled with invented data. Nothing on it is editable here.
