How this works

Drives the move-in: agreement signing, deposit and first rent, utility transfer, inventory and key handover as a tracked checklist.

Who uses it

New tenants · Lettings manager

Step by step

  1. 1Once an application is accepted, an onboarding checklist is created for the tenancy.
  2. 2The tenant signs the letting agreement in the portal and acknowledges the house rules and inventory.
  3. 3Deposit and first rent receipts are recorded; utility transfer and standing order confirmations are ticked off.
  4. 4Key handover completes the checklist and the tenancy becomes active.

Data captured

  • Checklist items with owner, due date and completion timestamp
  • Signed agreement and inventory acknowledgements
  • Payment receipts

Emails it sends automatically

  • Onboarding started with next steps
  • Task reminder
  • Move-in confirmation with the signed pack attached

Why it matters commercially

A repeatable move-in process that new staff can run correctly on day one.
