Step by step
- 1Approved bidders place bids from the lot page; anything below the next valid increment is rejected with a clear message.
- 2The highest bid, bid count and whether reserve is met update for everyone watching.
- 3Bids placed inside the final minutes extend the closing time, so nobody wins by sniping.
- 4Staff can record phone and room bids on a bidder's behalf, marked with the channel used.
- 5At close, the lot is marked sold, unsold or sold after auction, and the winning bidder and vendor are notified.
